The Client: Jo Richardson Coaching is run by Jo Richardson alongside Winhurst Recruitment. The businesses provide personal, business and career coaching together with recruitment services.

Jo contacted me when I was on holiday in August 2022 – I was actually at the Cliffs of Mohar on the West Coast of Ireland when she first contacted me! I communicated with her via text and arranged a call for when I was back in the UK. It just goes to show that you really can do business from anywhere!

Jo was running two businesses and her coaching business was just starting to really take off.  However, Jo found herself doing too much admin and not enough of the day-to-day.

After an initial chat, we recognised that one of Jo’s biggest issues was that she needed to merge her scheduling system into one as running two was inefficient for her as it meant she could only connect her Zoom account to one of the sites and therefore had to manually create online video call links or not use video calls for one of her businesses. She had considered a move to Calendly, however, I suggested that we kept her current system – Squarespace Scheduling and set up two categories to separate the two businesses. We could then embed the specific schedule for each business onto her websites using a code snippet.

I worked with her over a 6 week period to clarify her appointment types and get them all setup in Squarespace scheduling, including creating some discount codes, putting together a process of the journey through the booking options, linking to client intake forms and embedding the new system on her website.
