Here are my most popular packages with everything included and a clear price. If your needs are different – a more complex setup, a different platform, or something not listed here, I’ll put together a bespoke proposal after our discovery call.

Email Marketing Setup £200.00
Get your email marketing properly set up and ready to use with confidence.
What’s included:
- Account setup with domain authentication and branding
- 1 branded email template, responsive for desktop and mobile
- Import of your existing contacts with up to 15 groups
- Creation and sending of your first email from your copy
- Training videos covering contact management, creating, editing, and scheduling emails
- Up to 4 weeks of email and WhatsApp support after handover
- Up to 30 minutes of video call support if needed
What I’ll need from you:
- Your logo, brand colours and fonts
- Access to your domain account (this is where you purchased your domain from)
- Your existing contact list (we’ll agree a secure way to share this)
- Copy for your first email
This package works across most standard email marketing platforms. Not sure which platform is right for you? A Power Hour is a great place to start.
Website Build (5 pages) £1,200
A professional WordPress website that represents your business and that you will have full access to.
What’s included:
- Installation and configuration of your chosen WordPress theme, matched to your branding
- Up to 5 pages including a contact page with a contact form
- Standard plugins — security, backup, caching, SEO and cookie compliance (12-month premium licence)
- Basic SEO for each page — keyword, meta title, meta description and alt text on all images
- Policy pages — Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
- Footer configured with policy links and key business contact information
- Video guides so you can edit and update the site yourself going forward
- 3 x 30-minute calls during the build, plus WhatsApp and email support throughout
What I’ll need from you:
- Your logo, brand colours and fonts
- Images for the site (I can source stock images via Canva Pro if needed)
- Copy for all pages
- Your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
- Access to your hosting and domain accounts

Online Booking System Setup £250.00
Get your booking system fully configured, branded and ready to take bookings.
What’s included:
- Full configuration matched to your branding
- Set up of up to 4 services with booking links
- Calendar linked with your regular availability
- 1 Confirmation and 1 reminder email for all services
- Terms and cancellation policy set up
- Training videos so you can make changes yourself going forward
- 2 x 30-minute calls to walk through the setup
What I’ll need from you:
- Details of each service – name, duration, price, description
- Your regular availability and any buffer times needed between appointments
- Copy for your confirmation and reminder emails

WordPress Maintenance - from £30 per month
Keep your WordPress site secure, updated and running smoothly.
What’s included:
- Monthly or bi-monthly offline backups
- Updates to plugins, theme and WordPress core as required
- Security and performance checks
- Cookie scanning (for sites with a cookie compliance plugin)
- Notification of any legal or data protection changes that may affect your site
- Ad hoc content updates actioned within 48 working hours (additional charges may apply)
What I’ll need from you:
- Full admin access to your WordPress Dashboard
- Full access to your domain and hosting accounts
Multiple options available depending on how frequently you’d like updates and backups. No minimum contract. Get in touch to discuss which suits you.

1. Book a Discovery Call: We’ll discuss your project, what you need, and whether it’s a good fit.
2. Receive Your Proposal: I’ll send you a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and full costs.
3. Kick-Off & Access: Once you approve the proposal, I’ll send over a contract and we’ll then have a kick-start call and you will give me access to your systems.
4. Build and Review: I’ll work on your project and check in with you at key milestones to ensure it’s exactly what you need.
5. Handover & Training: On completion of the project I’ll send you walkthrough videos so that you can make any changes, updates yourself in the future.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A simple email setup might take a week, while a full website build could take 4-6 weeks. I’ll give you a clear timeline in your proposal, and I always build in time for your feedback and revisions.
What platforms and systems do you work with?
I have experience with over 20 different systems including Kajabi, WordPress, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Active Campaign, Teachable, Simplero, Squarespace, Wix, Canva, and many more. See the full list here.
If you’re using something I’m not familiar with, I’ll let you know during our discovery call and we can decide if I able to support you with it or not.
Do I need to provide anything?
Yes – I’ll need access to your platforms, any content you want included (text, images, branding), and clear direction on what you want to achieve. The more prepared you are, the quicker we can get things setup.
What if I need changes after the project is finished?
Minor tweaks during the handover phase are included. If you need additional changes after project completion, these can be done for an ad-hoc fee or via a Power Hour where we can make the updates together.
Can you work with my existing team or other contractors?
Absolutely. I often collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, business coaches, and other specialists. I’m happy to coordinate with anyone else involved in your project.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?
That’s what the discovery call is for. We’ll talk through what you’re trying to achieve, and I’ll help you clarify what actually needs to happen. Sometimes a Power Hour is a better starting point to map out your project before we dive into implementation, but we can discuss this further during the discovery call.
Do you offer payment plans
For all projects, I require a 30% upfront payment with the balance on completion (for projects under 6 weeks). If projects are over a longer timeline, a full payment breakdown with interim payments will be outlined in your proposal.
