Here’s exactly what happens next.

Step 1: Complete the booking form
So I can make the most of our time together, I need a few details from you before the call. The form takes around five minutes and asks about your challenge and your preferred dates.

If you haven’t heard from me within 48 hours of completing the form, drop me an email at hello@banksbusinesssolutions.co.uk.

Step 2: I’ll confirm your date and send the Teams link
Once I’ve received your form, I’ll send over a Teams meeting invite for your preferred date along with anything else I need from you beforehand.

Step 3: We meet for your Power Hour
We’ll spend 60 focused minutes working through your challenge together. Come as you are — no preparation needed beyond the form.

Step 4: Receive your action plan
Within 5 working days of our call, I’ll email you your written action plan, along with the recording and transcript for you to refer back to whenever you need it.

A few things to note

• Power Hours should be booked within 3 months of your payment date
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the call are non-refundable
• Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of payment, provided the session hasn’t yet taken place
• All calls are recorded. The recording and transcript will be shared with you afterwards. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, just let me know before the call
