Sarah started Banks’ Business Solutions in 2014 to achieve a better work/life balance. As a busy mum of 2, Sarah understands the difficulties involved in juggling numerous work tasks and family duties. One of the reasons Sarah set up as a virtual assistant, was her passion to help other people in a similar position.
Sarah enjoys her work as a virtual assistant, and is able to work in a fast and efficient manner. With a keen eye for detail and accuracy, along with the ability to prioritise and meet demanding deadlines.
“I love learning new technology and since starting the business, I have been able to learn lots of new software packages like WordPress and Mailchimp. This has allowed me to develop my own skills further and support you, and your business, better.”
When Sarah isn’t working she can be found walking in the countryside with her family, reading or catching up with friends.

Over the past ten years, Sarah has worked in a variety of roles within the education sector. Previous roles have included, Exams Assistant, Senior Project Co-Ordinator, and School Management and Research Office Administrator. All roles have been in a variety of educational settings, including the public sector, further education, and higher education.
Sarah has developed many skills through her experience and professional training her in her previous work. Skills such as:
- General office administration
- Project management
- Financial management
- Event management
- Website development
- Social media marketing
Since starting Banks’ Business Solutions, Sarah has gained further experience by studying courses on: Facebook Ads, Marketing, Mailchimp, Canva and, of course, WordPress. These skills have allowed Sarah to offer new solutions to business owners along with the more traditional administrative assistance.
Lisa is a highly effective organiser and communicator with a pragmatic and personable approach. Experience includes project and administration management, leadership, people management and all aspects of human resources. Lisa has excellent customer services skills and effective time management, she communicates effectively in all situations and fully understands the need to adjust a style when necessary.
Lisa currently runs her own jewellery company alongside her associate work and has two young boys who keep her busy, which has created the desire to work ‘smarter and more flexibly’ around them. Lisa is really excited to be a part of Banks’ Business Solutions and is looking forward to working for the Company and its clients.
Zita has been in administration for over 20 years. She has worked in a variety of sectors from local government to library software to charities and life coaches. She brings a wealth of knowledge including basic WordPress, MailChimp, Social Media content writing along with more traditional duties such as diary/email management and copy writing. As well as being an associate she also runs her own business Zita Lewis – Helping You – Helping Your Business

Claire is a marketing consultant with over 10 years marketing experience. She’s ambitious, friendly, outgoing and full of marketing and business knowledge! Her main areas of work are Social Media management and planning, marketing planning and advice and proofreading. She has worked on various different projects in many different sectors. Claire loves to take on new challenges and deliver great results for clients.
Claire owns Saxton Marketing in Derbyshire and works effectively whilst also being a mummy to Chloe and William – Claire works flexibly around her children everyday including weekends to ensure client deadlines and requirements are met but still spends quality time with her family. She has worked with Banks’ Business Solutions for over 2 years and has a fantastic relationship with Sarah and together they’ve delivered great results for clients. Claire is very excited to be part of the growing team!
Zoe is a copywriter specialising in blogging, web copy, and search engine optimisation. She particularly enjoys working with small business owners who are struggling to find their ‘voice’ when it comes to talking to their target audience. Zoe has worked with businesses from a variety of sectors, but is particularly skilled with B2B and health related content. Zoe owns Words by Zoe, where she works flexibly around her other commitments as a school governor of two city schools, baking gluten free creations, and of course, taking care of family.
